Influenster & My Voxbox

Today I received my Sugar 'N Spice VOXBOX from Influenster.  For those of you who do not know I am an Influenster member so they send me boxes filled with products to try and review.  I am not paid for this and they require my honest opinion whether it is good or bad.

Sole Society... Completely Disappointing

I ordered a pair of flats from Sole Society www.solesociety.com on March 4, 2013 because I had a coupon, due to my work with Influenster, and they were offering a promo Smashbox kit with purchase. The day after I ordered my shoes the promo was still being advertised on the website. I finally receive an email that my shoes have been shipped on March 11, 2013 after I had sent them an email asking the status. March 14, 2013 my order finally arrives WITHOUT the gift with purchase.  I called Sole Society regarding my incomplete order and their response was that the GWP was while supplies last.  I informed that agent that the promotion was still being advertised the day after I placed my order and he informed me that they continue to advertise promotions after they become unavailable.  To me this is a clear case of false advertising!

There is a $7.95 restocking fee for returns, so make sure your shoes will fit prior to ordering.  My order was extremely slow and incomplete. I will not order from them again.  Beware.
